#150 Leslie Conned Us Out
Today, leslie lied to us. he told us that there was free dinner. asshole. end up we had to eat 5.50 fish beehoon/rice (which was probably the cheapest meal you can get at ion )
was about to suggest TAKA staff canteen, unfortunately im the only one with a pass. ahwell $2.50 wanton mee in town pwns ass!
then at night on our way back from bedok 85, saw a girl that madly resembles someone i knew, didn't bother looking at her until wei hao pointed that out. well.. i'm not sure why i pointed that out, perhaps because i was supposed to feel disturbed or something. but i didnt.

better than expected.
Christmas. better than expected went to watch sherlock holmes with ada and ying hui.

anyway. the wedding of this lovely couple! (my cousin and his wife)
i was semi photographer that night. heheh. 7 grand DSLR ( corrected by ying hui i said DSRL at first =/ )
I love these toys. they made everything i take look good. the shots were damn artistic. i could take a bow tie and make it look like a million dollar picture with the AUTO FUNCTION. damn kwelzxc. and this is obviously my sister.
and i just like this picture cuz i look good in a bow tie. (which i was supposed to wear for prom)

its christmas eve. i just came back from WORK<-- KNNBCCB and its christmas tomorrow. and i still need to work <-- KNNBCCB
sucks looking at everyone going towards orchard road to celebrate as i sit in the train towards tampines instead. SUCKS.
i should be doing better things than working. i ruined my sweet 16. its okay at least i've got countdown to look forward to.
on a side note. i attended my cousin's wedding last night. it was very DIFFERENT. and inspiring. made me do a lot of thinking. shall blog on that another time when i get the pictures and stuff

loud party on friday was wayyyy better than i expected it to turn out to be. Although the crowd was smaller, the people were more fun.

The Pros And the Cons
pretty much enjoyed my first week working.
why? i get compliments!
sure i might get bored during the 8 hours. of standing there. sure sometimes i get ordered around.
but nothing beats a motivational compliment from a nus lecturer.
Small talk while sealing the deal. ( i only rmb the story line vaguely. but the compliment shall never exit my head )
Him : "So are you waiting to enter a university?" Me : " no, actually i just finished my o levels" Him : "oh, you just finished high school then?" Me : -thinks awhile- "yes" Him : -asks something about going poly/jc Me : poly -rambles about how i can't tahan the workload in jc- Him : "why not university?" OK HERE IT COMES Him : "because i think you're much better articulated than most Singaporean students and you should use that to your advantage!"

ridiculously muddleheaded
i just got a reminder about how careless, muddleheaded and forgetful i am.
i ALMOST lost a handphone. good thing its a cheapskate phone and then guy decided to return it. why did i say he didnt want to return it at first? because i called my phone and he REJECTED the call. _|_ HIM. but yet. THANK HIM for bothering to return the cheapskate phone i have.
im not worried about losing the phone. its the contacts. plus im really busy this 2 weeks. i can't spare much time to go to m1.

Suffering.
i hate last minute stuff. they are so annoying. and yet i never fail to obey. all because of money. money, CASH, CREDIT really keeps the world running.
received one of the most annoying phone calls today, job tomorrow. hair dye back(which i have not), shoes black(which i dont have), black pants no jeans(which i don't possess), black long sleeves(which i DO NOT HAVE) 11am at center/centre point.
The only thing that sold me out is. $7.50/hour.
what happened to a pre-scheduled training?
i hope i can manage my time. Pod party next friday.

on a side note... went for a job interview and performed at the unclassified two days ago. it was... worse than prom? lawl. but nonetheless it was experience gained. Yes i do have a dream, thought it has meta morphed from being a pilot to being a professional performer. it is still a dream.
